At a young age, Graziano had an innate talent for understanding mechanical systems, a skill first showcased when he repaired his mother's sewing machine. By the age of 16, after seeing the toll that years of hard labor had taken on his father, Graziano took action. He designed and built a bulk fertilizer bag lifter to ease the strain of heavy lifting on the family farm. This innovative solution not only addressed a pressing need but also ignited Graziano’s passion for solving challenges through engineering.

His ingenuity quickly caught the eye of a local engineering firm, which offered him an apprenticeship as a boilermaker fitter. Over the next eight years, Graziano’s reputation for creative problem-solving and his growing passion for hydraulics truly began to shine. Under the guidance of a forward-thinking mentor, who was an innovator in his own right, Graziano honed his skills and pushed the boundaries of what was possible. As he returned to one of his greatest passions running his own farm, Graziano continued to innovate. He designed new machinery to streamline farming operations, constantly improving the efficiency of his own processes.

As local engineering firms began to close, local farmers turned to Graziano for solutions, trusting his expertise.
