Graziano Moriconi
16 year of age, designed a bag lifter on the family farm to reduce the impact of the weight on the workers, planned out and drew out designs on the bags. From there developed a passion for farming and ag industry. The ag industry didn't get much support from the engineering industry and farmers had to DIY.
Got an apprenticeship with a local firm that taught a lot, having a bi lingual language in Italian the local farmers would come and talk to Graziano to take their thoughts and convert it into a real product. Built a reputation as a creative problem solver in the community. Got involved into more industries, tea tree, tobacco mangoes etc. After the two local engineering firms closed down and while Graziano was running the family farm local farmers started coming with the maintenance issues.
After building great word of mouth and rapport with the local famers Graziano was able to solve problems other firms couldn't solve. He went on to design and create new machines to improve the processes of farming for his own farm and the other local farmers. He soon realised his passion around hydraulics and drove his success with hydraulic engineering. Today they continue to design and innovate in the hydraulic space for the ag industry
