The Challenge
It all began when a customer, who was having repairs done on one of his machines, came into my office to discuss other maintenance work. During our conversation, he noticed I was designing a pack shed for an avocado farm on my computer screen. Curious, he asked if we also did patios. He went on to explain that he and his wife had spent months consulting with various builders, architects, and specialists, trying to design the perfect patio for their rural farm home. Despite their efforts, they couldn’t find a design that met their needs. The next time I visited their farm, they invited me to take a look at the area where they wanted the patio. After considering their requirements, I came up with a custom design that exceeded their expectations. They were overwhelmed with excitement, and from that point, the project quickly became a reality.
The Solution
We visited the site and sat down with the clients to truly listen. We listened carefully to everything they wanted to achieve and the expectations they had for the patio. Understanding their vision, we took inspiration from their ideas and needs, which guided the design process. The result is what now stands a custom patio that perfectly reflects their desires and enhances their rural farm home.
Results of the project
